Beautiful, grand and spotless hotel with full amenities. Excellent location near train station and city center. Helpful and friendly staff, particularly the receptionists. Nice and spacious rooms with great views from the 4th floor.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel was situated in the heart of the city and close to public transportation, making it easy to explore this amazing place. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a great selection of dishes, including eggs, fruits, and coffee. The staff were friendly and professional, always available to address any of my concerns.

Nothing, no complaints at all. The stay was flawless and enjoyable.

Great location and easy access to city attractions. the hotel offered services such as parking and a tour desk that were useful to me during my business trip. the room was spacious and comfortable, which was a plus after long workdays.

The hotel's food was not up to par with my expectations. I found it plain and lacking in taste.

We stayed in a presidential suite which was spacious and clean. The amenities were up to date and had a unique classic feel. The staff, especially the reception team, were excellent and friendly. Special mention to the professional and friendly female receptionist and the male receptionist from Haiti who checked us in.

Perfect location and friendly staff

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the main railway station and several local attractions. The staff was really helpful and accommodating, and they helped me with everything I needed. They also recommended some great local restaurants and helped me book a tour. the location and staff were the best aspects of my stay.

The bathroom was a bit noisy when I turned on the light, and the breakfast wasn't as elaborate as I had expected from a hotel of this caliber. However, these were only minor drawbacks and did not greatly affect my stay.

We stayed in the heart of the city for three days which was great for exploring. It was easy to catch the tram at the stops nearby and we were able to book a taxi to the airport with the helpful staff. the museum of the defence of Stalingrad was also within easy reach. Our room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate.

The restaurant at the hotel did not meet our expectations - the food was not as good as we had hoped.
